GRANITE BAY REAL ESTATE INSIGHTS

Granite Bay contains numerous master-planned luxury housing communities, with private gated security and expansive multi-acre lots. One of the newest developments, The Park at Granite Bay, contains 56 spacious homes ranging from 7,150 square feet to 17,196 square feet in size. Modeled after Sacramento’s McKinley Park, The Park is a development with an emphasis on livability, its homes built to look out onto a charming central green space that serves as a community hub of recreation and relaxation.

There are many other distinct developments within Granite Bay, including Bella Terra, Los Lagos, Wexford, and the Residences at Granite Bay Golf Club.

The spacious homes within these communities are architecturally distinct from one another, while offering a similarly unwavering attention to detail both inside and outside the home. Expect soaring ceilings, gourmet kitchens, grand master bedrooms, plentiful guest rooms, and exquisite entertaining space, along with a range of bespoke design features and lavishly landscaped grounds.

There are also incredible properties to be found outside these communities, with luxury private estates extending to as much as 20,000 square feet in size.

Recent regulation has put a halt to the building of new gated communities within Granite Bay, meaning those within existing such communities are only likely to grow more in-demand as time passes. This change also ensures Granite Bay will retain its rural character, which is a large factor in the incredible appeal the area offers.
